The duties are to:
Participate in meal presentations and record feedback discussed for menu planning
Structure and finalize inflight food menu for various menu cycles
Analyze food cost quotations from caterers, and review detailed menu composition and meal quotations to ensure costs are justified
Conduct monthly invoice verifications, hygiene audits and meal specification checks for SATS catering and overseas catering stations
Co-ordinate with MI divisions and SATS catering on matters relating to food and beverage
Investigate and provide timely follow up on all food and beverage complaints received from passengers and cabin crew voyage reports
Attend departmental meetings and facilitate minute taking on a rotation basis
Participate in any ad-hoc projects


You should possess a Diploma from a recognized polytechnic, and:

Should be proficient in Microsoft Office applications and be able to multi-task and work within tight deadlines
Should also possess some airlines operational experience
Be willing to travel
