Admin Executive

Arrange documentation in the office
Maintain files, certificates, plans and drawings and update reports regularly
Prepare reports to be submitted to clients and Management
Data entry
Perform Ad-hoc duties as and when required

Candidate must possess at least a higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/Diploma, any field.
Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Office.
Previous work experience is preferred but not essential for the right candidate.
MUST be able to speak English
Full-Time position
Has initiative and responsible
A good team player and able to work independently
Willing to learn
Only Singaporean and PRs need apply
