We are an established engineering company in manufacturing of pressure vessels in Oil & Gas sector and looking for suitable candidates to fill up the following vacancy:

Admin Clerk / Assistant

(Based in Balakong, Seri Kembangan, Selangor)
Requirements:
Responsible for performing daily office tasks and clerical duties.
Carry out routine administrative and documentation duties such as handle phone calls, generate various types of management reports, prepare invoices, writing letters / memorandum, maintain efficient filing system for smooth retrieval process and etc.
Data entry and fast typing.
Any other responsibilities as and when assigned by the Managers.
Malaysian citizens only.
